Shipping

Click & Collect same day on orders before 12pm or next day on orders after 12pm. Collections are from our Sudbury coffee shop during normal opening hours.

All orders for delivery are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, for delivery 1-2 working days.

A standard shipping fee of £3.95 is applied to every order.

Orders received before 4pm are shipped the next working day. 

We ship to UK addresses only.

Returns

Please contact us if you are not entirely happy with your purchase.
All refund/return applications must be made within 7days of purchase. 
We do not cover the cost of returns and recommend you retain proof of postage.
Returns are only accepted if the product is in the same condition as it was sent.  
We do not accept liability for any items damaged or lost during shipping.
